Good value stay

Lovely clean secure accommodation, very friendly helpful staff, close to shops and restaurants.

Required deposit (not clearly advertised) even though room was already paid for prior, it wasn’t a huge inconvenience but they couldn’t accept credit card which was a little bit.

Nothing special

Pretty nice, nothing special. Rooms are really big with lovely bathrooms but they are not sound proof or very dark. The pools were nice but there’s literally one seat at each pool. The staff were kind of rude sometimes. The buffet breakfast is not worth it at all.

It’s just nothing special. Such a mix bag of good and bad aspects to it. It’s VERY far from the city but we needed to be out that way so it was okay. The restaurant was average. Be so grateful that there is lots of cheap restaurants near by.

Very good friendly staff. Room service excellent t. Price reasonable

Really one complaint, but it’s a major one. I was in the second building, and outside the building at 5 am was a consistent hammering that continued until after 7 am, by then I couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no way to sleep through this hammering, which was in the neighborhood.

Good for staying bit far from noisy city center

-All facilities are good, room is clean, parking is big and hotel staff is nice, they will try their best to help you out. -Rod Fai Train night market is just located the other side of street, by walking like 20 to 30 mins. -2 shopping malls are just on the other side of street, you need to cross a flyover and reach there. -7-11 shop is by walking distance. -Hotel food is great and located at 7th floor. Happy hour for a free drink is between 18:00 and 20:00 everyday.

-Taking taxi is not very easy. You need to ask help from hotel staff, move out by waving your hand or use "Grab" app. By using "Grab" costs more than you call taxi at road side. -Food is not good around the property and options are not many. -Location is big far from city center and you need to take taxi to reach any attractions.

Good location. Access streets and parking areas quite small. Plenty of power sockets and good wifi.

Nice large room with extra large bed. Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate.

Noise and voices carried quite loudly from neighbouring rooms. Restaurant prices did not reflect the true cost of meals. A service charge and VAT appeared on the bill upon payment.

We needed a place not to far from the AirPort to “strand” half a day, worked perfectly for that. Restaurant is ok, shopping center and night market nearby.

could be a good place to stay, but does not meet 4* standards

the rooms were well equipped standard, no unnecessary extras, very light/bright the general appearance / architecture of the hotel is nice closer to airport than staying central, but not well connected to any public transport (skytrain, mrt)

pool very small and ice-cold breakfast does by far not meet 4* standards, clothing shelves in the room were very dirty (black dust) and hence not a place to put shirts etc. quiet a few of the staff do not speak sufficient English staff at reception not very attentative (on their mobiles, often not listening to the request, no greeting and even no reply to a greeting when you pass reception) - exception: young lady at the coffee shop ground floor who always made you feel very welcome overall, could be a good hotel, but it does not meet expectations of a 4* star hotel in Bangkok, particularly with regard to staff and hotel facilities (pool, restaurant)

Comfortable and clean, a good value for Copenhagen. There are many restaurants within walking distance and it’s a quick 5 minute walk to the metro. Front desk staff was attentive and helpful.

Everything was about money. We were not greeted properly when we arrived, but needed to pay straight away. Plus 1000 baht deposit(???). When we questioned the deposit, we did not have to pay it anymore. No warmth of friendliness by the staff in the lobby and in the building. No atmosphere. Choose an other hotel for a 4 star (??) hotel.

not good,bad experience!!!

There is two supermarket nearby,which is convenient for shopping.

1..The hotel location is hard to find if you just showed the English address to the local driver,you had to make a phone call to the front desk let them talked to the driver,2.It was really noise since there was a resturant in front of always turn out loud music at midnight.3.We lived for 6 nights,they missed cleaned our room one day,they forgot to change water and toothbrush and towel.4.The front desk staff was verly slowly to hanlde check out!!!!We will definately not choose this hotel next time.

Very Good

I was here to visit our daughter and family, who live in Bangna. Checking was fast and easy (I paid ahead). Since I had one of the corner rooms in Bldg A, it was an oversized room! With a king bed, TV, percolator, and refrigerator (and a safe I did not use), the room had what I needed. The bathroom was the depth of a very large soaking tub, and ran the span of the room with towel racks, a large sink and vanity, and a large walk-in shower, again the same depth as the large soaking tub. The shower was very nice with a fairly strong spray, and there was shampoo/condit and body wash gel in an attached dispenser. I did not use those as I had my own. The breakfast is very nice, with a large variety of pork, chicken, rice dishes, fruit, cereals, juice, water...and a chef to make custom omelets. Wverything was kept clean and fresh. Important to know: if you stay in Bldg A, it is the OLDER building, and you have to walk over to the Main Bldg B to the restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant is a ride up the elevator, where the pool also is. When returning, I would prob choose Bldg B, as it is newer and has the breakfast. I uaed room service almost exclusively as I caught a bad flu bug on the plane, and even had to add a day as I quarantined for 3 days!! Overall, it was a nice hotel and I would stay there again.

The pictures shown must have been taken when the hotel was brand new, as the area is now much more congested. While the corner room is bigger, it is older (Bldg A is the older bldg), and the room is next to the road where motorcycles with loud mufflers go by all hours of the day and night! The room service was slow (an hour to wait for 1 creme brulee) and few employees spoke English! So, it was difficult to make any changes when ordering. However, the staff was very nice. I did go over Christmas, so this could have been a secondary staff. Even with this, I would go here again, with some changes.

The hotel doesn't have iron and ironing board Breakfast was really not so good. Power supply tripped a few times early in the morning. If u patron mii cafe, that do not allow the bill to put to the room. Pay cash instead.

The restaurant was nice. Room was okay. Wifi was good. Staff could be friendlier. Close to mall

Asked us for 1000thb deposit for nothing(no minibar in room), there wasnt even sugar for the complimentary in room coffee. The sink hole in the bathroom smells so bad that it enters the room. The area is not too great either, no 7/1 or food in the area but to walk for 10 minutes or grab a taxi to seacon square mall
